6 chest ribbons. 1) Two ribbons from the WRC (Women’s Relief Corps) 20th Annual Convention in Los Angeles in April 1904. Wearer was a member of the California and Nevada delegation. The National Woman's Relief Corps, Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic, is a patriotic organization whose express purpose is to perpetuate the memory of the Grand Army of the Republic, as they were their auxiliary organized at their request on July 25 and 26, 1883 in Denver, Colorado and incorporated by act of the 87th Congress, September 7, 1962. 2) One red, white and blue small ribbon as delegate to the Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW of the US. Long Beach, CA in June 1931. 3) Three ribbons from the Rose Bowl game January 1, 1897 (Stanford vs Ohio State). One is red, “Director”, one is green, “Captain” and one is orange “Messenger”.
