Second edition. <B><I>The Man in the Yellow Raft.</B></I></B></I> 1969. Six octavo volumes, each with dust jacket except <I>The Bedchamber Mystery</B></I>. The books are in very good to fine condition, with generally moderate wear and/or damage to dust jackets.<BR><BR>Forester was an English novelist who rose to fame writing tales of adventure with military themes. Perhaps his most notable works are the eleven volume <I>Horatio Hornblower</B></I> series about naval warfare during the Napoleonic era, and his great classic <I>The African Queen</B></I>.
