Signed three times in full, "<I>Edwin E. Aldrin Jr.</B></I>". Here is the official record of Buzz Aldrin's various vaccinations, most received while he was part of the Apollo space program. The first vaccination he received was in May of 1964 for yellow fever. Interestingly, three of his vaccinations occurred in the month before the historic Apollo 11 flight. He was vaccinated for smallpox, typhoid, and polio shortly before the historic Apollo 11 mission and was vaccinated for cholera just two months after his return from the moon.
