Flight-flown printed fabric American flag, 6.5 x 4, carried aboard the Gemini XII mission. Flag is affixed to a 14 x 11 off-white presentation card with a printed statement reading: “This flag was carried aboard the Gemini XII Spacecraft, piloted by Astronauts James A. Lovell and Edwin E. Aldrin in November, 1966,” as well as an original embroidered Gemini XII mission patch. Signed above the statement in black felt tip by crew members James Lovell and Buzz Aldrin. In fine condition, with some scattered light soiling to board. Flight-flown items from the Gemini missions are uncommon, and just the mission patch alone is highly valuable.
