This massive teapot was intricately carved from a piece of fine-grained Burma Jadeite gemstone by a famous Chinese master. The material was well selected from Myanmar. It's significance is its Unique design and the elaborate workmanship applied to it. The design of this lovely teapot was inspired by an old Chinese idiom~ the happiness is standing at the tips of your brow. In Chinese language, brow and plum are homophony and both of them are pronounced MEI. The magpies are symbols of happiness and blessing. From the picture you could see the magpies (happiness) are standing on the tips of the plum branch. That is to say the happiness is standing on the tips of the brow. It conveys a very auspicious blessing!
