Vintage matte-finish 10.5 x 12.75 photo by Barrett Gallagher of Meredith in military uniform, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “Buddy – ‘Make up is not important …’ (Hamlet), Buzz.” Photo is affixed to an identical size board. In fine condition, with small crease to right edge, a couple other light creases, and some mild silvering. Photo’s recipient was noted make-up artist Bud Westmore, who is credited on over 450 movies and television shows, including To Kill a Mockingbird, Man of a Thousand Faces, The Andromeda Strain, and Creature from the Black Lagoon.
