Autograph document signed by Nathan Blood who died at Bunker Hill only days after writing this army requisition order. Document dated 24 April 1775 written by Blood: ''Read the contents by me Nathan Blood. order from Concord Lexington Rec'd from Nathan Blood, 27th April.'' On the verso reads in another hand ''to Comm. Davis. Deliver to Capt. Reuben Dow, six pots and twelve dishes and twenty wooden bottles. John Pigeon.'' 4'' x 2'' document tipped to larger sheet with a picture of a memorial.
