Black ink on crème paper with three vignettes: upper left is three miners looking at a rock, top center is 7 miners underground, and top right is a single miner panning. Certificate has stub from stock book attached. 2) Sunset Mining & Development Company stock certificate #6428 for 2,050 shares to P. Kallsen in 1915. Goldfield is crossed out and Rhyolite is stamped as new location of mines. Signed by Edw. S. VanDyck, President and (illegible), Secretary. Printed by R.J. Orozco, Lith. S.F. No discernible vignettes. The Sunset Mining is made up of Tramps Consolidate Mining Co., Bullfrog Sunset Mining Co., and the Denver Annex Mining Co.
