Incorporated in South Dakota. Issued in 1906 to Scott and Amann for 1,000 shares at $1 each. Uncancelled. Signed by Geo. (George)Wingfield, the famous Nevada mining magnate as president. Wingfield, along with partner George Nixon made their mark with the Goldfield Consolidated. Green underprint of a large bullfrog staring off into the distance. The certificate has browning and spotting around the borders, but nice clear signature by Wingfield. Very few Bullfrog mining stocks are signed by Wingfield making this a special piece.
