Buddy Ebsen Rough Sketches of Arlington National Cemetery Painting. Among Buddy Ebsen's many talents was drawing and here are six sketches he drew in black pencil. Three of the sketches are based on soldiers and Arlington National Cemetery; one is a train with a female passenger looking out the car window and an onlooker reflected in it, on which Buddy has penciled the words "Acheson Topeca & the Santa Fe" and "Laura"; and two appear to be of laborers in sombreros. Fine work, especially the obviously heartfelt sketch of soldier graves with faces suggested in the above clouds. The pictures are stapled together and there is a bit of staining on one of the soldier pictures; overall Very Good condition. From the Buddy Ebsen Estate.

Shipping: Flat Material, Small (view shipping information)
