<B>Bud Shank and Howard McGhee Signed Contracts.</B></I> Bud Shank is an acclaimed saxophonist, and also played the flute solos for the Mamas and the Papas' hit <I>California Dreamin.</B></I> Howard McGhee is a famed bebop jazz trumpeter. Here are two Associated Booking contracts, dated April 19 and July 25, 1956, one signed by Bud Shank and the other signed in Shank's name by his agent; plus an American Federation of Musicians contact dated November 5, 1956 and signed by Howard McGhee. Both contracts engage them for performances at the legendary Blue Note club.
