Original hand-inked nine-panel Cicero’s Cat daily comic strip, dated March 28, 1948 on an off-white 24.75 x 11 piece of artist’s cardstock. Strip depicts the title feline’s late night romp and unfortunate run-in with an Easter basket. Signed in black ink in the last panel, “Fisher.” Small tears to a paste-up, edge creasing, adhesive staining, light soiling, some editorial notations, and faint show-through from an adhesive label affixed to the reverse, otherwise fine condition.
