Its "Principle Office [was in the] Clay Peters Building". Signed on reverse by Anna Mayes as Administratrix and J. B. F. Wendle but not dated. 9 3/4" x 5 1/2". One small tear at the bottom, slight staining through the center, along with folds. Overall condition is good.
