This is an original work of art Ledger painting from circa 1996 from Bozeman, MT collector Bruce VanLandingham that has been professionally framed. The ledger art is wonderfully and professionally crafted construction that shows a Native American warrior riding his horse with a spear in his hand and shooting a firearm backwards. The horses hoof marks can be seen behind the horse and is marked "November, 23 1996" and shows the artist signature in the bottom right hand corner. Native American folk art collector Bruce VanLandingham looks for the highest value he can acquire when purchasing work. With a degree in painting and a background as an art teacher at Wichita State University, VanLandingham is well-versed in the history as well as the authenticity of his collection. The condition of this ledger art is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition.
