Scarce striker fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in .380 Auto, manufactured in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale circa 1971. First year of production, produced 1971-74. A striker-fired, blowback action, single-stack with 6+1 capacity. The model 71 came about with the introduction of the 1968 GCA, which stopped the importation of the Model 1910. Features a blued finish, 4.4" barrel, serrated ramp front sight, fully-adjustable ‘beer can’ rear sight, serrated wide trigger, cocked indicator, manual safety/slide catch on the left side of the frame, grip safety, magazine disconnect safety, heel magazine release, factory 6 round magazine with integral finger rest grip extension, steel frame and checkered factory grips with left thumb rest. Pistol retains approximately 95% of its original finish showing minor edge wear/minor rub on the slide. Action is smooth, the bore is pristine and the grips are fine. Come in Browning soft case, red felt lining and owners manual.
