Fair. The derringer has a smooth gray patina. There is some minor pitting with extensive pitting on the left side of the frame and backstrap. The grips are very good with some minor dings and scratches. The recut checkering remains crisp. Barrel pin is absent along the barrel to swing open in both directions, otherwise mechanically functions properly.
