Scarce 4.75 x 6 bereavement card sent on behalf of Brian Epstein, his mother Queenie, and his older brother Clive, upon the death of Epstein’s father Harry in August 1967. The printed text reads: “Mrs. Queenie Epstein, Brian and Clive are most grateful for your kind and warm expression of sympathy and understanding in their bereavement.” In fine condition, with light handling wear. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, and the original mailing envelope, which is addressed to former NEMS employee Tony Barlow, postmarked London August 18, 1967, just nine days before Epstein’s own death at the age of 32.
