<B>Brian Bolland - Batman: The Killing Joke, page 47 Original Art (DC, 1988).</B></I><BR> On the memorable final page of this classic story, Batman and the Joker can't help but laugh about the "Killing Joke" itself. And Alan Moore's story suggests they're also laughing about the absurdity of fighting over and over again until one kills the other one day. Brilliant character shots of comics' greatest villain and greatest hero! A page from this same story sold for $35,252 in our August sale, and we're pleased that another collector has chosen to offer his own page at auction here. The image area of this modern masterpiece measures 10" x 15.75". The last panel of this page is a photostat paste-on.
