Or why high-grade issues change hands at a price far above the current Guide value? This copy's got nicer page quality than the other CGC 9.0 (the "D" copy), and only the Mile High has been graded higher by CGC to date. The acclaimed bondage cover is the work of Jack Kamen. Overstreet 2006 VF/NM 9.0 value = $531; NM- 9.2 value = $841.
