<B>The Brave and the Bold #35 Hawkman - Western Penn pedigree (DC, 1961) CGC NM 9.4 Cream to off-white pages.</B></I> The second appearance of the Silver Age Hawkman was a good occasion for Joe Kubert to create one of his finest covers ever, particularly impressive on this pedigree copy. CGC says there are only four copies of #35 that have earned grades higher than VF+ 8.5, and none have scored higher than this one. Joe Kubert also provided the interior art for this issue. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $850.
