ALS signed “Henry Irving,” written in the hand of his secretary, Dracula author Bram Stoker, two pages on two adjoining sheets, 5 x 8, blindstamped Lyceum Theatre letterhead, June 11, 1894. Stoker writes, in part: "Very many thanks for your cordial greeting which I heartily reciprocate." In fine condition, with some minor show-through from mounting remnants on the back. Stoker worked as business manager for Henry Irving's world-famous Lyceum Theatre in London between 1879 and 1898, where he supplemented his income by writing a large number of sensational novels—his most famous being the vampire tale Dracula, published in 1897.
