Issued to and signed twice by Charles Francis Adams, Jr. (1835 - 1915) Grandson of Louisa Catherine and John Quincy Adams; served as a colonel in the Union Army during the Civil War; Railroad Executive following the war. Minor glue residue at left margin from stub. Fine. Stamp and hole punch cancellations affecting Adams' signature as president. His signature on verso is unaffected.
