Bowmore/ Rare 40 Year-Old/ Single Malt Scotch Whiskey / 700ml/ 42% ABV This limited edition package is bottle number 300 of a total edition of 306 and only 294 issued to the public. You'll find very few on sale to the public today and research indicates that there are only two bottles known to be in Canada. Not only is it in the oak display case, with crystal bottle and stopper, you also get the certificate of authenticity, original pad lock with key and the original shipping packaging. This bottle has only had one owner since leaving the Bowmore distillery. This whisky was distilled on November 22nd, 1955, first in a bourbon hogshead for twenty years and then moved to a sherry cask. Bottled in 1995. Ward's Auctions will store this bottle for up to six months for foreign buyers to arrange for export brokerage. Insurance during that time will be the responabilty of the buyer and Ward's Auctions will accept no responsibilty for damage or loss during that time. Although every effort will be made to keep it safe. Note: Alcohol cannot be insured by any courier in Canada. Local pick up is recommended. Canadian bidders only

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due before the first Wednesday following the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
Invoice and shipping costs may be charged separately depending on a lot of factors.
