<B>Bound 18th Century Funeral Orations</B></I> including: <B>Ebenezer Devotion:<I> Being a Discourse Delivered at Brooklyn in Pomfret, October 22, 1754 Delivered at the Funeral of Mr. Ephraim Avery.</B></I></B></I> (Boston: J. Draper, 1755), 12 single-sided pages, 16mo (3.75 x 6.75) cut and inlaid to 4to size (7 x 11), bound with <B>Benjamin Webb:<I> Funeral Sermon Upon the Death of Mrs. Ruth Avery.</B></I></B></I> (Boston: no printer , 1733), 25 pages, 16mo (3.75 x 6.75), cut and inlaid to 4to size (7 x 11). Both orations are bound together in a half leather binding with marble boards and matching marbled endpapers. The spine has six compartments between five raised bands with gilt titles and decoration. The title page of the former oration has a large restoration affecting five words; the second work has been washed, else both are in very good condition.
