Unbranded baseball signed in ink on the sweet spot and side panels by 31 members of the 1947 Red Sox team. Signers include: Ted Williams (ss), Dom DiMaggio, Johnny Pesky, Tex Hughson (ss), Sam Mele, Rudy York, Dave ‘Boo’ Ferriss, Joe Dobson, Al Widmar, Bill Butland, Larry Woodall, Eddie Pellagrini, Leon Culberson, Rip Russell, Hal Wagner, Bob Klinger, Jack Albright, Strick Shofner, Billy Goodman, Don Gutteridge, Johnny Murphy, Mel Parnell, Earl Johnson, Del Baker, Tom McBride, Bill Zuber, and Wally Moses. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, many signatures faded (some hardly legible), various scuffs affecting a few signatures, and a light coat of shellac. The Williams and DiMaggio signatures remain quite strong.
