<p>Artist´s Payments: Droit de Suite is applied to artwork that is sold within an artist´s lifetime and 70 years after. 5% of the hammer price will be added. (for 2002 it makes 1850 SEK). Lots to which this relates to are noted with a D in the catalogue.
<p>Auction catalogue: The lots are offered in numerical order in the auction, which is available on the internet and/or at the auction. The catalogue only gives a brief description of the lots for sale. It´s advisable to view the lots before the sale and/or to speak to someone at the auction house.
<p>Bidding: All written bids must be received no later than 15 minutes before the auction begins. The auction house will place bids on your behalf up to a specified limit. If two similar bids are received the lot will be given to the first received. Bargain boxes are only sold through written bids, which must be received at least 30 minutes before the auction. The auction house will inform succeful bidders no later than following day. The auction house takes no responsibility for any mistakes made at auction (For further details refer to the bidding form).

<p>Buyer´s commission: 20% (inclusive of local tax) is added to the hammer price.
<p>Collection: Lots should be collected within 2 days of the auction. Items will be available for collection the day after between 9 am - 12 am and 1 pm- 8 pm or by appointment.
<p>Consumer protection law: This law protects consumers even at auctions. Thus any item which differs greatly from what is expected can be returned to the auction house.
<p>Customer number: Can be collected before the auction. Identification needed. With a customer number you can bid at the auction. Payment must be made no later than the day after.
<p>E-mail: You can bid by e-mail. The bids must reach us no later than 2 hours before the auction. The auction house takes no responsibility for any mistakes.
<p>Estimates: Made by the auction house and are based on market prices. The price could be higher or lower. If there are any reserveprice they never are higher than 80% of the estimate value.
<p>Lowest bid: 50 SEK (weekly auction) 100 SEK (specialist auction).
<p>Payment: Cash or cheques should be issued immediately after the hammer. Cheques over 2.000 SEK are only accepted from regular customers.
Foreign buyers or e-mail buyers please contact the auction house before the auction.
<p>Telephone bidding: You may bid by telephone. The auction house want to receive telephonenumber and personal details no later than 30 minutes before the auction. The auction house will call just before the bidding on the lot starts. The auction house takes no responsibility for any mistakes made in telephone bidding.
<p>Viewing hours: 5 hours the day before and about 2 hours during the auction day.
