BID PRICE
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 20% PLUS 5% FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR A TOTAL OF 25 % WILL BE ADDED TO EACH INVOICE. ETRANSFERS WILL HAVE A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 20% ADDED TO EACH INVIOCE, plus 3) a $12.00 per gun administration fee, plus 4) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
REGULATION OF BID
The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. We reserve the right to withdraw property at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder. Some items may be subject to an undisclosed reserve. When the reserve is not met the item will be shown as: NOT SOLD ( BIDDING OVER ). The HIGH BID will be shown but as the undisclosed reserve was not met it will be declared NOT SOLD.
