Four posters advertising the touring Bonnie and Clyde ‘death car,’ which was exhibited around the nation for many years following their deaths, including: a matted and framed 11 x 16 advertisement from a 1934 newspaper from Arcadia, Louisiana, touting the “Most Talked of Car in America,” promising an “Educational and Instructive Exhibition”; a circa 1960s poster for a gangster car exhibit at the Oklahoma State Fair, 22 x 28, including Bonnie and Clyde’s “V8 Bullet Riddled Death Car” and Mickey Cohen’s “$25,000 Armor Plated Bullet Proof Gangster Car”; a circa 1960s poster for a “stranger than fiction” show, 22 x 28, including an exhibit of the death car and two movies for the price of admission; and a circa 1960s full 17.5 x 22 sheet of four uncut ads for the Bonnie and Clyde death car and Mickey Cohen bulletproof car exhibition. In overall very good to fine condition.
