Signed by the Minister of War, "Duc de Feltre" [General Henri Jacques Guillaume Clarke] at the closing of page 2. The document concerns payment to the Police Marshall. Usual folds with light soiling.
Less than a month before divorcing Josephine, Napoleon approves payment to the Police Marshall via his Minister of War.
