Description: Presented for your consideration we offer for sale this gorgeous Bohlin trophy saddle featuring Visalia silver conchos! This is a beautiful, hand-tooled leather saddle that was originally a trophy saddle won in 1936 by Buck Sorrels at the Bakersfield Frontier Days. Comes with a letter of provenance that explains the history. Maker: Edward Bohlin (1895 - 1980). Approx. Age: 1936. Size: 13-1/2” seat. Condition: Pretty good for its age, normal wear expected. The writing is now hard to read, it has been professionally re-lined. Please look closely at the pictures - they are an important part of our description.
