Two-year management agreement with Al Lewis and Don Kirchner outlining the terms of their “personal managership,” including the understanding that “we are engaged in a similar capacity for other persons, and you agree that we are not obligated to devote our time and attention exclusively to you. However, it is clearly understood that in the event your earnings should reach $3,000.00 per week, then and in that event, we agree that at least one of us shall devote the major portion of our time to representing you as your manager,” and also, that Darin agrees “to pay us a sum equal to forty (40%) per cent of your gross compensation as and when received by you.” In fine condition, with light toning, and two small tears to the bottom edge of the front and back cover. Agreement is housed in its original folder.
