A very small vest worn by child actor/singer Bobby Breen in his second film at RKO, Rainbow on the River (1936). The Western Costume Co. label reads: "No. 20051, Name: Bobby Breen, Chest 28 1/2." He possessed a wonderful soprano voice that propelled him in eight hit films until his voice changed in 1940. He also was featured on Eddie Cantor's radio show on CBS which further endeared him to audiences. After service in WWII (Bronze Star) he performed in nightclubs until he settled in Florida as a talent coordinator for the condo circuit, dying there, in Pompano Beach, in 2016. The film is also known as It Happened in New Orleans.
