American musician and songwriter (1905–1975) credited with inventing Western swing, a lively hybrid of musical influences that added drums and a brass section to traditional country music instrumentation. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Wills atop his horse in front of his tour bus, signed in blue ink, “Best wishes, Bob Wills & Fresno.” Small tear to right edge, and scattered light spotting to finish, visible only at an angle, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by vintage glossy 8 x 10 signed photos of Luther Wills, Dean and Evelyn McKinney, and Tommy Duncan, as well as an unsigned glossy 10 x 8 group photo.
