Outfielder who played eleven seasons from 1920 to 1930, all but the last for the New York Yankees. He was best known as a member of the Yankees “Murderers’ Row” championship teams of the 1920s, during which time the team won its first six American League pennants and first three World Series titles. Glossy 8 x 10 photo of Meusel at the plate, signed in blue ballpoint, “Best wishes, Bob Meusel.” A few scattered surface marks and creases, and signature and sentiment a few shades light, but completely legible, otherwise fine condition.
