Western Union telegram sent by Bob Dylan to Tony Glover, one page, 8.5 x 5.5, October 12, 1998, full: "Tony, Thanks for the eloquent notes. True articles of faith. You were there. Still are. And always will be. Best wishes, Bob Dylan." Includes a carbon copy duplicate and the original envelope. In fine condition. Great content showing the importance of Glover in Dylan's life—an ever-reliable friend and colleague, Glover wrote the liner notes for The Bootleg Series Vol. 4: Bob Dylan Live 1966, The 'Royal Albert Hall' Concert, released on October 13, 1998. Tony was awarded the prestigious Deems Taylor Award for the liner notes. This award is like the Pulitzer Prize for Music Writing.
