This is an authentic original handbill / flyer that was ONLY given out to attendees at the 1964 Newport Folk Festival.
This flyer gave all the details of the Workshops and Special Concerts that were planned for the festival, many of which featured the bigger stars that were also appearing at the evening shows at the festival including :
1. BOB DYLAN (performing at the July 24 at the 1:30pm
2. BROADSIDES (Topical Songs) concert along with Pete Seeger, Johnny Cash, Phil Ochs, Tom Paxton, Malvina Reynolds, and others.
3. JOAN BAEZ, who performed at the July 24, 10am SINGING STYLES set along with Fred McDowell, Ralph Stanley, Mary Travers (of Peter, Paul & Mary), Rev. Robert Wilkins, and others.

The NEWPORT FOLK FESTIVAL 1964 - The famous folk festival included Bob Dylan's first solo appearance at this world famous festival
The festival took place July 23-26, 1964 at Freebody Park in Newport, Rhode Island.
This is an extraordinarily rare item! It is an 8 1/2 x 12 1/2" inch sheet that was only distributed to attendees at the festival.
It is in VG+ condition, having three horizontal folds from being folded in fourths, some handling creases and a tiny bit of edge wear, and two very small holes.
There is a tiny bit of purple mark on the top left corner.
