Bob Dylan (1941-) is an accomplished musician, both lyrically and melodically, performing on guitar, keyboard and harmonica.
The singer-songwriter has received recognition for his work in the form of multiple awards, including Golden Globes, Academy Awards and Grammys, in addition to his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
His celebrated music has also been honoured with a special citation from the Pulitzer Prize jury of 2008, stating that his music was of immense cultural importance and "of extraordinary poetic power".
The 2001 Oscars saw Dylan receive an award for Things Have Changed. The award allegedly travels with him on his tours, perched on an amplifier.
2001 was also the year that Dylan autographed this set list for one of his live concert performances, "Best wishes! Bob Dylan, 2001". Each section of the show is divided into groups of songs, beginning with Shine the Light and ending with the enigmatic All Along the Watch Tower. Dylan's autograph is placed on a blank section of this list.
The list is written in thick black marker, while Dylan's signature is inscribed in fine black pen. There is some handwritten blue text on the back of the page. Some light folds and creases to the page, otherwise in excellent condition.
