<B>Bluebeard's Eighth Wife (Paramount, 1938).</B></I> Insert (14" X 36"). Ernst Lubitsch, working off of a script co-written by Billy Wilder, directed Gary Cooper and Claudette Colbert in this comedy about a millionaire playboy who marries women just to prove that he can. Colbert puts Cooper in his place and wins the battle of the sexes. A corner chip with a splice, and light fold wear, both with cloth tape on the back. There is staining on the upper and lower left corners. There has been some touch-up repair.
