We see this issue much less often than we see #1, and as the census data below indicates, it hasn't been seen in this grade before. Among the issue's artists are Jack (<B>Plastic Man</B></I>) Cole and Charles (<B>Crime Does Not Pay)</B></I> Biro. Overstreet 2007 VF 8.0 value = $850.
