The features and title changed after issues #1-8 were published as <B>Uncle Sam Quarterly</B></I>. Seems a smart move, as the new series ran for nearly 40 years! Al Bryant provided cover and story art. Overstreet 2007 VF/NM 9.0 value = $4,080; NM- 9.2 value = $5,800.
