<B>Blackhawk #15 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1947) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white to white pages.</B></I> This sterling Mile High copy is the best around -- the only one graded above 7.0 by CGC to date. By the way, while the top edge might appear on first glance to have chips missing, what you're seeing are light-colored blotches that were obviously nothing more than a printing quirk. This issue's cover is by Reed Crandall. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $1,175.
