The purse is accompanied with June LaDue's marked original cards from the circa 1990's. June Frances LaDue was born in 1947 to Charles Cree Medicine and Janet Gambler-Pepion in Montana. The bag shows amazing cut glass seed beads in a classic Blackfeet / Blackfoot in fine detail done on tanned leather hide with cut fringes on the bottom as well as pink shell conchos on either side with a brass bead at the center. The top strap is folded over for display but is a nice shoulder length flowing into the long fringes along the side. Beautiful, beaded purse.
