Good. The cylinder and forward portion of the barrel and ejector housing (outside edge only) have been cleaned bright with some minor pitting. The protected areas of the ejector housing retain most of the original bright blue finish with some minor pitting and the cylinder flutes show a smooth plum. The trigger guard shows strong original blue in protected areas, otherwise the metal surfaces have a silver gray patina with scattered minor pitting. The cylinder has an area that appears the revolver rested on for some time and the area pitted (since been cleaned). The grips are fair with a minor crack on the right side extending from the top, numerous minor age cracks on the bottoms, a large chip on the left heel (smoothed down) and aged to a caramel patina. The rear gripstrap has been polished and rebrowned around the area of the non-factory lanyard hole on butt. The markings are readable on the barrel and crisp and clear on the frame. The action is excellent.
