Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, “To Darryl, In grateful appreciation! Ever, Bill, NY Apr 57.” In very good condition, with toning and foxing to signed page vertically passing through the signature and inscription, mild toning to inside pages, light toning and foxing to pastedowns, and moderate partial sunning to spine. The reproduction dustjacket exhibits light wear and creasing, with a small repaired tear to spine. Signed copies of this book’s first edition are decidedly rare.
