Baseball Hall of Famer (1898–1989) most remembered for being the last National League player to hit .400, a feat he accomplished by batting .401 in 1930. Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Terry posing in his New York Giants uniform at the Polo Grounds, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “My Personal Regards to James M. Wiggins From Wm. (Bill) Terry. Giants.” In fine condition, with faint edge and corner toning. A fabulous vintage signature and sentiment.
