Betty Boop was the one of the first animated movie characters of the 1930s. Her big screen debut came in 1930 in the film "Little Dishes." Betty Boop was established as a full-fledged personality with the movie "Betty Co-Ed," and by 1932 Betty Boop was considered to be the "first and only animated screen star" who could cover all genres, including drama, comedy, and musicals. For 75 years, fans have loved Betty Boop's endearing charm and have made her a singular American icon.
