<B>Bette Davis Typed Letter Signed, 1938.</B></I> Typed letter signed, on page, 7 x 10, April 30, 1938, on Davis' personal letterhead. Addressed to "Circle of Stars" columnist L. Allan Smith, in part, "I appreciate your remarks concerning my attitude towards my Fans - I really do cherish their support and interest in me and feel that through my sincere regard for them and my personal attention to their letters makes me a wee bit worthy of their wonderful loyalty and support!" Signed by Davis twice in black ink.
