<B>Best Years of Our Lives (RKO, 1946).</B></I> Half Sheet (22" X 28"). The first great post-WWII examination of the psychology of America took a look at soldiers returning from the war, and their problems reintegrating into everyday life. Starring Myrna Loy, Fredric March, Dana Andrews, Teresa Wright and Virginia Mayo, the film would go on to win Oscars for Screenplay, Supporting Actor, Actor (March), Director (William Wyler) and Picture. This half sheet has been paper-backed to flatten the fold lines which have been retouched. The borders have also been airbrushed to repair some minor tears.
