Black as “Postmaster at Duquesne, in the County of Allegheny, State of Pennsylvania.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Harrison and countersigned by Postmaster General John Wanamaker. The gold foil seal and blue ribbons remain partially intact. Matted and framed. Permanently affixed to a larger board and in very good condition, with noticeable moderate overall wrinkling and scattered creases and soiling.
