Your Excellency further assures me of your desire to cultivate and strengthen the cordial relations which happily exist between the United States and the Argentine Republic. I fully reciprocate your sentiments, and I am happy to give expression to the desire of the people of the United States for the continued prosperity of the Argentine Republic.” Signed at the conclusion by President Harrison and countersigned by Acting Secretary of State Alvey A.
